GCC AMR Bacterial Genomics Workshop, Strain-Level Characterization of Metagenomic Sequencing Data

In conjunction with the 8th Annual Texas Medical Center Antimicrobial Resistance and Stewardship Conference, we are offering a pre-meeting workshop for trainees on Bacterial Genomics. Todd Treangen, Rice Univ., will present Strain-Level Characterization of Metagenomic Sequencing Data. The workshop will take place from 10:30am-12:00pm on January 14, 2025, in Room 280 of the BRC, 6500 Main St.
